אלא אי קשיא הא קשיא היה יודע לו עדות בשטר עד שלא נעשה גזלן ונעשה גזלן הוא אינו מעיד על כתב ידו אבל אחרים מעידין השתא איהו לא מהימן אחריני מהימני וזו היא שקשה בדיני ממונות
